Course Description: This session will explore ethical issues in supervision throughout our development as social workers and mental health professionals (from student to new grad to supervisor and beyond), using a trauma-informed approach to supervision and clinical practice. We’ll be talking about potential ethical dilemmas and reviewing principles for making decisions in a way that is ethical and appropriate. The presentation will highlight important considerations for supervision, whether you are brand new to the field or a seasoned professional.
