Course Description

Apply deliberate practice techniques to guard against burnout and stay grounded in NASW ethics, developing the professional discipline and sustainable habits that protect both you and the clients who depend on your care. Clinical, Burnout.

Learning Method: Recorded asynchronous distance (non-interactive). This course includes a recorded video and access to the presented resources.

Amount of CE Credit Offered: 1 Ethics CE Credit. ASWB ACE and NBCC.

Fees: This course can be purchased individually for $25.00 or as part of an annual unlimited continuing education subscription available for $99/year.

Posttest: Following the course, the participant will take a 10 question posttest. A score of 70% correct is required to pass and obtain a certificate. If you do not pass the posttest, it can be re-taken after fully reviewing the materials again.

Certificate of Completion: In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must indicate that you've watched the entire video portion of the course, earn a passing grade on the test, and complete the requested course evaluation.

Janett Williams is an experienced social worker and independent consultant at Williams Tulip, LLC, with over two decades of service in both community and inpatient healthcare. Her expertise spans policy development, health literacy, behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, substance abuse prevention, and child welfare. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Jackson State University and pursued Health Psychology studies at Walden University. Specializing in psychotherapy for burnout and chronic stress, Janett focuses on primary prevention and professional remediation strategies that support mental health and ethical practice. Her work integrates compassionate care with evidence-based interventions to promote resilience and well-being for individuals and professionals alike.
