When you purchase an Agents of Change Continuing Education subscription or individual course, you are purchasing a license to access Agents of Change proprietary software and content. All content included in or made available through any Agents of Change Continuing Education service or software — such as software, course materials, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio recordings, digital downloads, live webinars, and data compilations — is the property of Agents of Change, LLC or its partners and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Agents of Change Continuing Education service is the exclusive property of Agents of Change, LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
This license is granted to you only and as such does not permit you to sell, lend, share, assign, lease, or transfer in any other way any copy of the software or content. You may not sell, lend, assign, lease, or transfer in any other way any remaining time you may have left to use the software.
Through the purchase of a subscription or individual course, Agents of Change may enable you to obtain, listen to, view, or read (as the case may be) various course materials, images, video, text, books, quizzes, live webinars, or other material that you may receive in digital or physical form (“Course Materials”). You further agree that the Course Materials are exclusively for your personal and professional use.
You agree not to redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, publicly display, or transfer any copies of the Course Materials. Such prohibited redistribution includes, for example, sharing or posting any part of the Course Materials to Facebook or other social media services or internet sites, or making physical or digital copies of the Course Materials and transferring, selling, sublicensing, and/or giving them to other individuals or entities. Because you agree that your license to use the Course Materials is personal to yourself, you may not resell, assign, or otherwise transfer the license to another individual or entity.
You further agree to refrain from removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained on or provided through Agents of Change (including for the purpose of disguising or changing any indications of the ownership or source of any Course Materials).
Agents of Change Continuing Education subscriptions are sold as annual subscriptions at the price posted at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual term, using the payment method on file, at the then-current renewal rate, unless you cancel before your renewal date.
Agents of Change may offer a 7-day free trial to new subscribers. During the 7-day free trial, you will have full access to all materials available to annual subscribers. At the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription and your payment method on file will be charged the full annual subscription price at the rate posted at the time of enrollment, unless you cancel before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of your 7-day trial period. Once the trial converts to a paid annual subscription, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including if you forget to cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription or free trial at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us at [email protected]. If you cancel a paid subscription mid-term, you will retain access to your subscription and course materials through the end of your current annual term, and your subscription will not renew for the following year. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for cancellations. All sales are final.
Individual Continuing Education courses are sold as one-time, transactional purchases and are not subscriptions. When you purchase an individual course, you receive access to that course for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Individual course purchases do not automatically renew, and no additional charges will be made after your initial purchase for that course. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any portion of an individual course purchase.
Agents of Change, #1919, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Agents of Change has also been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7620. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.
To earn CE credit and receive a certificate of completion, you must complete 100% of the course, pass the posttest, and complete the course survey. Certificates and CE credits will not be issued for incomplete courses, failed posttests, or missing surveys.
Regulatory boards are the final authority on which courses are accepted for continuing education credit. While we make every effort to ensure our courses meet ASWB ACE and NBCC standards, it is your responsibility to verify that a specific course satisfies the continuing education requirements of your state or licensing board. Agents of Change is not responsible for, and makes no guarantee regarding, whether any specific course will be accepted by your state board or licensing body toward your license renewal requirements.
Agents of Change hosts live continuing education webinars throughout the year. Registered participants will receive access to the recording of each live event, whether or not they attended the live session. To earn CE credit for a recording you did not attend live, you must complete the associated posttest; credit earned in this way will be issued as recorded/home study CE rather than as live CE credit.

Agents of Change Continuing Education services, including the online learning platform and live webinars, are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to maintain reliable, uninterrupted access to our platform and content, we do not guarantee that the services will be free of errors, interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
Agents of Change is not liable for any interruption, delay, loss of access, or failure to deliver content or CE credit resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or network outages, third-party platform outages (including our learning management and webinar providers), hardware or software malfunctions on your end, power outages, scheduled maintenance, or other technical issues. You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, hardware, software, and equipment necessary to access our services.
If a live event is disrupted by a technical issue, Agents of Change will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event, provide a recording, or otherwise ensure that registered participants have the opportunity to complete the course and earn their CE credit. No refunds, credits, or other compensation will be issued as a result of technical issues beyond the remedies described above.
You acknowledge that by reason of this User Agreement you will have access to certain confidential information and materials. You agree that, except as expressly permitted herein, you will not use or in any way disclose to any third party — except as may be required by law — any such confidential information revealed to you by Agents of Change without its prior written consent. You shall take every reasonable precaution to protect the confidentiality of such information.
You agree that any violation of these provisions will cause Agents of Change irreparable harm that cannot be cured by money damages, and further agree that breach of this User Agreement is subject to all remedies available in law and equity, including, for example, injunctive relief. Any violation of these provisions may also cause Agents of Change to terminate your license and subscription at Agents of Change’s sole discretion, with no refund of the subscription or course fee paid, in addition to other potential damages under pertinent common law and statutes, including various intellectual-property laws. Additionally, you agree that Agents of Change may report any ethical violations that occur in connection with any unauthorized use or distribution of the Course Materials, fraudulent CE credit claims, or misrepresentation of course completion to the pertinent regulatory or licensing body, including, for example, the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and applicable state licensing boards.
All sales are final. There are no refunds for any portion of your subscription or individual course purchase.
