Kathryn Page
Kathryn has a PhD in clinical psychology, internship at Stanford Psychiatry's Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center, research in hypnotherapy and political trauma (both for Stanford, the latter also in Mexico), and lots of volunteer work. She is very involved with various collaboratives aimed at bettering the systems for youth/mental health/education/community. For Kathryn, Restorative Justice is a particular interest, along with immigration reform and improving wellbeing of Latino immigrant families. Kathryn’s mission in life is to raise awareness and resources around fetal alcohol to the same level that autism currently inhabits. She created and ran two FASD diagnostic clinics in County hospitals (Santa Clara County and Lassen County), and is now working with a group to bring California out of the Stone Age regarding this condition. Kathryn has the ongoing privilege of providing a series of mandatory trainings for Los Angeles County's mental health providers, as well as a variety of trainings for county and state agencies, and is co-chair of the Santa Clara County FASD workgroup.
