- Apply core CBT concepts to include thought restructuring, behavioral experiments, and exposure work, to help clients develop a more flexible and compassionate relationship with their bodies.
- Integrate therapist-informed and dietitian-informed CBT interventions when addressing body image concerns, utilizing case examples to guide interdisciplinary, client-centered care.
