Each exam level has 122 multiple-choice questions, and 110 of them count toward your score. You'll have 4 hours to complete the exam, plus an optional 10-minute break after question 61. Questions cover three content areas: Values and Ethics, Assessment and Planning, and Intervention and Practice.

It depends on your degree and the license you're applying for in your state. The Bachelors exam is for BSW-level licenses, the Masters exam is for LMSW-level licenses, and the Clinical exam is for LCSW-level licenses. Check with your state's social work board to confirm which exam you need.
