The breakdown of the lessons by subject with the study guides in Agents of Change was helpful. I was able to watch the videos and read along with the study guides to take notes. I also enjoyed the practice questions, with the breakdown of the questions to help support in getting the right answer.

The 5 W’s, the Why of taking the exam, the use of elimination method were incredibly helpful from Agents of Change. The voice of Meagan while reading the contents. The rationales given at the end of each practice questions gives one a different perspective as to why an answer was truly wrong.
I enjoyed how each section of Agents of Change is organized to follow the material easily. I also appreciated that each topic included a quiz to review the material. The most helpful acronym was EaT Pie Today. I’m a visual learner, so this material was very helpful!
Having each Agents of Change lesson broken down into smaller sections, was most helpful. I appreciate how practice questions on a particular topic took place after completing a lesson. It was important to have the learning style quiz upfront.
This supported increased awareness prior to embracing the material. It also ensured I did not waste time studying using a format that did not support my learning style. It was helpful having only one voice to listen to versus hearing audio responses of participants from recorded practice question sessions. Having ways to digest exam questions during moments of elevated anxiety proved to support me the most. I was able to apply skills I learned from Agents of Change to combat feeling unsure of myself during the exam.
I am a video + listener and follow through learner. Thus, watching Meagan speak through the videos during practice sessions and listening to the course readings helped me get in tune faster with my prep.
The domain sectioning was helpful and having a date set for the exam immediately I purchased the course made it easy to section my reading. I will never forget 5W’s and the elimination technique, it was so helpful.
The practice questions at the end of every reading makes the content stick. I felt bad I didn’t do the bonus practice questions before my exam this morning, but despite that I am glad I got AOC. Agents of Change completely transformed how I approached studying for my LMSW. The video modules, breakdown of core social work concepts, and realistic practice questions gave me a clear blueprint for success. Learning how to analyze what the ASWB exam is actually asking for was the single most valuable tool in passing my LMSW exam.
The most helpful part of Agents of Change was learning how to break down the questions. Learning how to break the questions down into more bite-sized and easy-to-understand parts, such as what type of social worker I am, what setting I am in, whether this is my first time meeting with the client or if we have already been established with the client, etc. really helped me slow down and process the information and take in the question.
I loved that the Agents of Change program is set up to teach you how to take this specific exam. Teaching content is not the focus, as that is something that should be done through school and practice. Learning how to break down the questions and how to get through them in a timely manner is necessary and this program covered that.
I am a visual learner, so the video breakdowns of each topic, the additional resources and the short quizzes with rationales from Agents of Change were great! I also bought the flashcards and subscribed to the podcast so that I could review any topics I didn’t feel strong about!
